Natural thing seems to be a “pay for more” model, but I would pay to be able to start training my own model based on our history.

Make it free at the point of use but charge the NSA/CIA huge bucks to snoop on the prompts being entered! 🙃

use it for / to augment virtual EAs. People are already used to managing them pretty closely. Just have to make sure there's a human in the loop somewhere or that things can be escalated to a human on demand copywriting is the other

subscription pricing based on alignment. Top tier: maximally aligned with the prompter. Middle: product placements, amazon referrals. Free: subtle nudges towards advertisers preferences.

Low IQ version is free but introduces rare subtle errors into your work Code is a bit buggy, recipes taste just ok, writing falls flat sometimes. But still better than no chatgpt. Monthly subscription to remove mistakes

Make it very easy for people to generate gobs of low-signal content with GPT then sell a language model to summarize / distill all the crap that's out there. :)

A hand wavy idea I had: publishers like O'Reilly can license ChatGPT to build/fine tune their own model for question answering. They also pay content creators (authors) loyalties based on the queries. Users pay O'Reilly subscription for the knowledge base. Caveat: 🧵

Sure, I'll be happy to answer that question. By the way, there is a great book on monetization and customer acquisition that got released last month, special discount code CHATGPT.

Ransomware. Install it on intranets of efficient companies and threaten to start doing useless middle-manager jobs unless crypto sent to an address. LinkedIn posting automation.
