gen ai as a technology fundamentally overpromises & underdelivers. Why? It's great w generalities & often fails with specifics. This makes for incredible demos (which don't have to ~be about anything in ~particular) but fails to deliver meaningful results when you want them to do *exactly what you actually need done*
