Definitely increase protein πŸ’ͺ Tracking food helps to see if you’re eating enough to build muscle. Trader Joe's has a solid vanilla whey protein powder. I mix it with coffee in the morning in lieu of creamer

pre is mostly placebo. I used pre for a while and saw no difference when I stopped other than the caffeine stimulant effect. You should start by looking at what people are putting in pre, and researching each of those components individually and decide if it matters. Creatine works. Protein is necessary.

I've never used pre, it can have creatine in it, so if you were inclined you could do that. I take micronized creatine in powder form mixed with some water, works well for me, never take it on an empty stomach. I try to get my daily protein in my meals, but protein shakes can be great supplements.

Pre-workout is just caffeine, which can definitely be helpful, especially if you workout early. Creatine and protein are definitely good for building muscle. Just get whatever's cheap, that you like (you'll have to try a couple first, of course, to know), and doesn't give you any stomach issues.

My advice for pre-workout take the one with beta-alanine, arginine and citruline in it. It will improve blood circulation in the muscles and pump will be great! Protein should be isolate - maxler, bsn and mutant. Creatine - maxler is very good. I recommend to drink it in the loading phase Good luckπŸ’ͺ🫢

Depends on your goals! Protein is the most important for muscle growth. People say 1lb of protein per lb of body weight. That can be a lot for some people. Creatine isn’t necessary for muscle growth and once you stop taking it I see the gains go away. Natural pre workouts are best but DO RESEARCH. Clean ingredients.

Pre-Workout varies depending on your stimulant intake, look at the caffeine level. Creatine is Creatine, I use a flavorless one. I recommend something with Protein Isolate, because it digests well.
