Legday (yesterday) Started of with regular squats because I felt like it. 3 sets squats , 5-8 reps(2 RIR - Failure) 2 sets leg extensions, 6-10 reps (1 RIR) 2 sets hamstring curl, 8-10 reps (1 RIR) Ended the session with calves since we didn’t have much time left for shoulders. The day after my legs cooked.

Pullday (on a bulk) 3 sets of pull ups till failure (Because I promised @dylang ) 2 sets neutral grip cable row 1-2 RIR, 5-8 reps 2 sets wide/horizontal grip cable row 1-2 RIR, 6-8 reps 3 sets no cheat, seated alternating dumbell curls 2 sets 1-2 RIR Last set till failure 5-10 reps

Quick shoulder day today (Had little time so this is not an usual gym day for me) 3 sets dumbell press 1 set 2 RIR 1 Set 1 RIR 1 Set till failure (Shoulder press is the best shoulder exercise working both the front and side delt effectively) 1 set Cable lateral raise till failure 1 set face pulls till failure

Back Bicep day today! Here’s what I did( on a bulk): 2 sets lat pulldown 1 RIR 1 set lat pulldown till failure 6-8 rep range (wide grip) 2 set chest supported upper back-row till failure 4-6 rep range (wide/horizontal grip) 2 sets lat rows till failure 6-8 rep range 3 sets Seated no cheat bicep curls till failure
