Iβm going it in my own after working with a trainer for a few years. Where do you get your strength training programs from?

So many good free programs out there these days - liftvault.com is great. I also like the Boostcamp app. But learning to write your own programs is the best thing you can do for your lifting journey in the long run.

Pen and Paper Strength App! Though I'm also thinking about downloading Stronger By The Day by Meg Squats https://penandpaperstrengthapp.com/
