Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? I’ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

Not sure if hot take but Farcaster’s biggest threat is explicitly rewarding engaging content. It’s what killed Tsu and it’s what is currently killing X Not sure how to avoid this here with incentives like $degen emerging constantly, but I hope people are paying attention

Just finished reading Nuclear War by Annie Jacobsen. Creative narration style, going through a simulation, minute by minute, of what a nuclear war would look like, from detecting warheads heading to the US to the aftermath. Good time to remind ourselves of this always looming existential threat

This is another thing Agustin foresaw and why ERC-5189 is designed the way it is It’s inevitable that block builders will be the ones executing AA txns. Txn fees are just another form of MEV. All of 4337s gas overhead becomes mute when this happens and this is why 5189 has zero gas overhead https://erc5189.io

~2 years after having written the ERC, we are finally releasing a fully P2P 5189 bundler, able to execute any AA standard txns, like 3074, 4337 and 7702. Frontier just published their pre-confirmation chain abstraction project, One Balance Pre-confirmation: if you send tokens from chain A to chain B, you can receive them on chain B before txn is confirmed on chain A Will make cross-chain txns feel like any other txn https://ethresear.ch/t/introducing-onebalance/19557
