do you meditate? what’s your practice? I’ve been meditating regularly for 3 years; now it’s a transcendental meditation, but I’ve started with short 5 min meds on headspace Biggest outcome - reduced stress, sense of clarity and creativity

I’ve been meditating on and off for about 15 years, since I started doing yoga! Tried so many different styles and types, now I mostly do breath-focused meditation on a regular basis, adding in guided visualizations of emotional states for working through high-anxiety moments

I used Calm to build my meditation routine ✨ 5 minute timed meditation, box breathing, and 4-7-8 breathing are my usuals Whip those out anytime I’m stressed, problem solved

Yes, usually once a day for 5-10 seconds. Just thinking about things that ground me and feeling the air through my nose.

I started w Headspace as well then moved to non-guided longer sessions, I can certainly tell when I have stayed away too long, thanks for the nudge, gonna find time to sit this eve

Been doing breathwork in the morning for the last 1.5 years. My routine is: 1) just deep normal breaths 2) alternate nostril breaking 3) box breathing 4) deep inhale and hold your breath as long as possible Started basic with just breaths for 5 mins and now it’s a whole 20 min thing daily, just grew over time

how did you learn it? I got put off by the marketing around it. I think Deepak Chopra teaches it without calling it that, but not sure.
