do you meditate? what’s your practice? I’ve been meditating regularly for 3 years; now it’s a transcendental meditation, but I’ve started with short 5 min meds on headspace Biggest outcome - reduced stress, sense of clarity and creativity

Been doing breathwork in the morning for the last 1.5 years. My routine is: 1) just deep normal breaths 2) alternate nostril breaking 3) box breathing 4) deep inhale and hold your breath as long as possible Started basic with just breaths for 5 mins and now it’s a whole 20 min thing daily, just grew over time

big respect, breathwork is so powerful! I always try to take a few deep belly breaths during breaks. Also 2 and 3 is my coping mechanism when anxiety gets out of control. Also intentionally hyperventilating (very intense deep breaths) helps to tolerate cold showers 🥶 Hi to Wim Hof ppl here :)
