do you meditate? what’s your practice? I’ve been meditating regularly for 3 years; now it’s a transcendental meditation, but I’ve started with short 5 min meds on headspace Biggest outcome - reduced stress, sense of clarity and creativity

I started w Headspace as well then moved to non-guided longer sessions, I can certainly tell when I have stayed away too long, thanks for the nudge, gonna find time to sit this eve
