burnt out a little this week so took it easy gym wise

today was a quick 25min volume focused squat workout just to keep the habit up:

banded clamshells 2x12 with 3 sec holds
body weight squats 2x12
squats with empty barbell 2x8
squats with highest weight 3x6
finish with empty barbell 1x12

okay torn on where to get my next tattoo but i am itching for one

1. side of thumb
2. centre of chest
3. ear
4. elbow

if i could i'd get all 4 at once but that is too much right...right

pear and i enjoyed a very slow morning in bed in an attempt to regulate our nervous systems after an intense period of hyperproductivity

(the last part is mostly for me, pear has no worries in life and is also never productive except when she makes biscuits)

i bought 4 chicken breasts on sale for $12 a couple days ago and was so excited and satisfied with myself and the bargain i got. put them in the fridge and went about my life. moisturized. carefree. content.

went to cook them today and noticed they stank, they stank bad.

tried to find the best by date and realized there was none. there was only a small line of text saying "keep frozen. do not thaw and refreeze". i sighed. i threw them in the trash.
