these bao long spice cubes are my secret weapon to super flavourful, quick one pot meals i use the bun bo hue one to make my own version of a daal: toss lentils, garlic, onions/shallots, ginger, coconut milk, water, and the spice cube in a pot. set in an instapot/pressure cooker or on the stove and forget it :)
