Here’s what I’m doing N95 MASK self explanatory; will wear in plane COFIX NASAL SPRAY https://cofixrx.com/ Antibacterial gel you huff. Coats your airway and the and kills any nasty you might inhale. VIT C POWDER Kind of a cope. C can’t be stored in the body, so you can take a lot and just pee it out. Makes me feel better and gets me drinking… WATER Flights are dry. You get sick easier when it’s dry. When I’m traveling, I start using EmergC & Zicam 2x/day a week before and while I’m traveling. Works well. The one time I didn’t before a conference, I was sick for a month after. I’ve already started for eth Denver.

Cofix is clutch. One hack if you run out, since it can be hard to find sometimes, is getting the baby nasal saline which is more readily available even at airports.
