2 Questions - What is the potential upside to this thing? ($$$ or self-satisfaction) - What is the timeline to that potential upside? 3 tiers: - Pick 3 numbers that make sense for you (founders need big ones) - I usually use <1 month, 6 months, 1+ years for timeline Add the 2 outputs together and rank big to small

For me it's just intuition. You can do all the math and estimates and projections but if the market isn't ready, it isn't ready. Your calling is your duty and with that conviction you should find every single way to make it work.
