for the most of my life, i played soccer. without any sort of formal training, but 5-6 times per week competitively with friends. i never lifted weights. and today i did it and discovered that there is a strong limiting belief that tells me “im weak”, inside me, and that i dont have strength. that is a lie that im going to sweat, because it literally something that you can train in your body. and have that training transform that lie into an opposite reality, where the consequences of doing the work, and showing up, are what matters. not how much i lift but that i do my best. every day. with whatever is there to do that day. it’s not about the number. it’s about how you relate to the process

exciting news: i just entered an agreement to work full time for the next two months -think of it as a trainee period- with @bvdaniel and @cristianvaldivia on /a0x. from chile to the world, we will bring stuff to farcaster that has not been seen before. im beyond excited to work with a team. it really feels so good and they are amazing people and creators. lfg

i just voted for the person i want to win the third season of CTG: @ohgosh. after these crazy 10 days, you end up relating to people based on their pfp, and the vibe you get from them on the group chat(sss). there are fascinating social dynamics at place on this game, and that's what makes it special. that's what i have enjoyed the most about it: the leaders, the followers, the silent ones, the funny ones. it is not easy to be on a group chat with 60+ that you don't have a clue of who they are and be fun, bring good vibes, and overall add value to the group. somehow this person embodies that for me, and when he replied on the group chat "i too am a finalist" i felt: that's the person that i want to vote for. we can spend the whole rest of the hour thinking about strategies on who to vote, or just vibe with the one that just feels good. it is all absolutely and purely random, anyways thank you to every person that made participating on this game something special. it was really amazing. you are amazing

i started this year with the mission to run a marathon. started running 3x week and after two months had what happens before an injury. so i rested for 2 weeks and now added 2 days of physical therapy on a gym. that was on monday. and i asked my pregnant partner (who wanted to start moving her body with urgency) to go with me. and today we went together. it was amazing. we both enjoyed it, and it will make up a good moment for the both of us to bond and train together. highly recommended. together strong

today i realized what's one of the core roots of polarity in my life. like where it all comes from. and it was observing my parents interact with my daughter. and asking her: how was your kinder today? she is 3 years old. and that question is polarizing. it forces you into thinking about your experience doing the thing, and attaching to it some sort of label. good or bad. right or wrong. left or right. we are literally wired in the tune of polarity, and this is one of the strongest sources of that. at least in my experience, with my family and the thing is that there is actually no need to polarize experiences. they just are. it just was. kinder today, just was but since we are kids we are asked: how was it? i hadn't seen this with the clarity that i saw it today. pretty wild. and freeing. it felt freeing

i live in chile. i was born here. i spend lots of time thinking about onchain and irl. and something that i think needs to happen in order to evolve the intersection between both things is a dedicated company that allows fiat onramp and offramp directly on to base. no mainnet. no bitcoin. no solana. no noise. just sharp focus on base. and the ones that believe on base being the portal of the new internet, build on top of it the applications that our friends will use and that will showcase the power of this new way of relating to the internet. i believe we need focus. and i want that focus to be on base. i like it. and simplifying the process for people to bring money in and out of this blockchain is something mandatory for getting bigger adoption in every sense what needs to happen for that to happen? i honestly don't have a clue. i don't know about regulations. i don't know about legal stuff. i reject those. but that's the layer that will transform this industry imho. making it as frictionless as possible

one month later and i bought some weed again. it is not a rushed decision or something out of desperation. it’s just a willingness to integrate and receive help from this amazing plant. somehow removing stuff from my life doesn’t help in integrating the imbalance that makes me abuse them. and i need to integrate all that to be free. no shame. just curiosity and wonder towards every aspect of the human experience
