the hardest pillow to swallow for me in relationship to that which i wrote on the quoted cast is related to the actual joy of being human. ironically, that’s one of my biggest sources of depression. of the kind of depression that makes me not want to move. hide. shut down. that one arises from not being able to convey the actual immense gift that it is to be human. i feel that. i would love to convey to you the smiles that I’ve seen. the music that I’ve heard. the joy that my daughter brings when im able to connect with her without filtering biases. full on presence. the wonders of taking psychedelics, and through that realizing experientially that we are not more than anything more than a dust in the speck of the infinity of the universe. and all of the multiverses. and somehow, at the other side of this screen, there is another human. breathing. feeling. maybe some sort of tension inside. but that when released transforms into openness. the beauty of being. the gift of being

That's a profound emotion. The screen can alienate us, but remember it also brings us together. I feel the heartache in this, and even some of the joy. There are fields that we feed from and into, and no screen can disrupt that. Dive into that joy! Express it! Express the sorrow as well! It's life and we can dance in it!
