I think Mango might be the perfect texture fruit. It's not too juicy but not too fibrous especially the honey mangos. They make amazing sorbets and syrups too. And they aren't always just sweet. They make a great addition to different dishes like salad, salsa, etc. Thoughts?

yellow mangos >>>> any other colour texture is excellent as long as you don't bite too close to the pit! then it gets all stringy and stuck in your teeth

This is a great take. It is so versatile especially if you harvest through different seasons. Unripe mango has wonderful crunchy texture and acidity. Dehydrated is another personal fav. We need to mail you some from Wong Farms when they are back at market
