I think Mango might be the perfect texture fruit. It's not too juicy but not too fibrous especially the honey mangos. They make amazing sorbets and syrups too. And they aren't always just sweet. They make a great addition to different dishes like salad, salsa, etc. Thoughts?

I've had some mangos that are pretty fibrous, the good ones aren't though
