I think Mango might be the perfect texture fruit. It's not too juicy but not too fibrous especially the honey mangos. They make amazing sorbets and syrups too. And they aren't always just sweet. They make a great addition to different dishes like salad, salsa, etc.

Did you try the mango at logan square farmers market?

It was sooo good and juicy! Funny, I never get them at a grocery store because I'm not sure which variety to buy. Which ones should I look for?
