anyways, sunday morning run club 🏃 got 30 min in on this 2-lane 200m track, which is all i've got for the next few days

it can be challenging, but at my best i actually really liked long workouts on tracks and treadmills because it was a great indicator of your mental fitness - you need to be able to perform in any condition

now i just liked it because it was an excuse to not deal with my kids for ~30 min 😂

But this is the perfect time to use GPS and get all the extra distance with the boat moving 30 mph
