I’ve become a bit obsessed lately with setting arbitrary fitness milestones and trying to beat my high score.

Today’s challenge: complete 100 body weight squats and pushups as quickly as possible.

Easy to do at home and while traveling. Give it a shot!

Lately when I go work out I tear off some paper and pack a small pen. I finish the session and then write a bit nearby.

I’m more level headed and optimistic post workout, so it’s a great time to reflect and plan.

🇵🇪It is day 4 of the race and we have traveled 407 kilometers, we are going slowly because we are definitely sick and have a lot of cough but we are still trying to finish.
