ill go first 👇🏾 - i use multiple physical to-do lists to stay organised: a whiteboard, a sticker on my wall, and a list on my desk. i need them to be visible cos outta sight, outta mind!!! - i play "what is this feeling?" from wicked when it’s time to get outta bed or do a boring task hahahah idk attaching a song to getting things done helps me and its length is perfect for it cos many tasks actually only take a few mins

everything important or to be remembered gets a note written somewhere “high frequency” as in i visit it often, it’s attached to something i need to do or enjoy daily, it’s near where i need to do that action fridge, bathroom mirror, water kettle/coffee grinder, back of apartment door and each area has notes specific for that thing, ex: my grocery list is on the fridge for when i notice I’m running out of things while cooking

- Exercise (hate how effective it is) - Music that's aligned with my ideal energy - Writing things down by hand. I have a legal pad on my desk where I write my top todos for the day - Accepting that I'm going to cycle through different tools and techniques and trying not to beat myself up

I spice up mundane tasks so I don't get bored. For example, listening to a podcast + doing chores. I let in a lot of light into my room so my room wouldn't be dark and depressing. I don't try to multitask at all. It doesn't work for me lol.

Pomodoro finally clicked for me recently, has been huge. Especially helps to have a ticking sound; I'll have it louder than my music. If I'm on my computer and I have any intrusive thoughts that might derail me, I jot the thought down in a text file. Then on my break I'll go through the fun ones.

if something takes less than two minutes, i do it immediately before my brain tricks me into putting it off forever. also, i have a playlist that helps me focus. for some reason, my brain locks in when it’s playing, and it even helps me sleep.

I have to write down my to do list on my notepad and in a book. If I miss the book, I won't miss the notepad. I even go as far as setting an alarm to alert me to carry out a particular activity. If I don't Then I forget 👀

Routine is everything for me, especially on the more neuro-spicy days. I’ve learned to channel the high-energy, hyper-focus streaks into power-hour sprints, with plenty of “touch grass” breaks in between. And on the days when sending a single email feels impossible? I try to give myself grace. It’s a rollercoaster. No two days are the same, but honestly, that unpredictability feels like a superpower in its own right.

Adaptogens to help chill my brain out! Sometimes I do timers to get stuff done that I hate doing. So like 30 minutes to get as much laundry folded and put away as I can. Also, to keep from l creating clutter (especially while cooking) I just repeat to myself over and over again "don't put it down, put it away. Don't put it down, put it away"

A wife with the same thing? TBH, for me, it is structure. I did great for 29 years in the military - then did 2 Masters degrees at the same time to keep focused. Since then, it's been haaaard... so I'm going to do a PhD! But I find working with my hands building things on our little farm helps, too!
