ill go first 👇🏾 - i use multiple physical to-do lists to stay organised: a whiteboard, a sticker on my wall, and a list on my desk. i need them to be visible cos outta sight, outta mind!!! - i play "what is this feeling?" from wicked when it’s time to get outta bed or do a boring task hahahah idk attaching a song to getting things done helps me and its length is perfect for it cos many tasks actually only take a few mins

shilajit helps a lot!!! like with full on ADHD symtomps, allows me to sit down and focus for like 4-5 solid hours

physical lists and notes for me too i also do the trick of “just fold one shirt” “just wash one dish” because once you start, you keep going naturally and it gets rid of the initial mental hurdle

I'll go next 👇 - I write most of my Daily plan, waking up first thing in the morning, so I could stay organized and in plan. Funny thing is, no matter how many plans and steps I wrote, my mind is always busy thinking of new ideas 😭 - I wish there was a way to keep the mind so quite, cos it's making me stay Overwhelmed constantly and be tired for no reason. But In all this.... Once I play some Polo G music or I listen to Nigerian songs that I love... My Day would be so productive! 😸 Music is Life.
