Adaptogens to help chill my brain out! Sometimes I do timers to get stuff done that I hate doing. So like 30 minutes to get as much laundry folded and put away as I can. Also, to keep from l creating clutter (especially while cooking) I just repeat to myself over and over again "don't put it down, put it away. Don't put it down, put it away"
