Mmm venison chili! Recently started adding small amounts of organ meat to our diet and 12/10 recommend. Super high in protein and honestly they're like nature's multivitamin. A, B6, B12, copper, iron and so many more vitamins that are typically harder to get through diet

One thing we are strict with is dairy! We only buy grass-fed, pasture-raised or regenerative (same rules for meat too). Not only is grass-fed more nutrient dense but it's better for the environment and helps replenish the soil! If given the choice between organic or grass-fed, still choose grass-fed BECAUSE the animals may be receiving organic grain instead of grazing the pastures. Bonus points if grass-fed and organic! If I go to Costco I always buy multiples of these two items! (How many times can I say grass-fed?!)
