Update: I got a yoga mat and a 30lb kettlebell. Slowly getting there. What other cheap basement workout gear do you love?

For folks curious or wanna critique, the A/B days (A Days I've been doing since COVID as a supplement to normal gym days, B-days I put together when we moved into a place with a basement). https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rHo2RW_TYZZsRcWnh3CWrf5KzVf5nNpdmoQ1TZPvUVk/edit?usp=sharing

Honestly body weight exercises can go an awfully long way, you don't necessarily _have_ to have equipment at all. But, if you are feeling good about your base core strength (planking, crunches, side planks all very doable) you could add an ab-roller - it's one of my favorite torture devices.

Loadable dumbbell handles, a set of bands, ab wheel Bands especially are cheap and you can do most stuff you can do with a cable machine

what you have can be used creatively enough but a set of adjustable dumbbells goes a long way(below). if you can and want to keep it simple, just put up a foldable rack that'll allow you to squat/pullup/bench https://www.bowflex.ca/en-ca/adjustable-weights/

If you can, figure out a way to get a pullup bar installed somewhere.

roman chair for sure. many solid options for less than a hundred bucks and you can do a range of great exercises on it.
