Always eat high protein + fat. Always eat food that goes bad (minimize shelf-stable preservative-infused processed junk). To lose weight, completely cut carbs & sugar (for ~weeks at a time). To maintain, eat very low amounts of carbs + sugar. https://gazzini.com/fitness/experiments/2023-04-cut

Honestly, I think it’s about staying away from ultra processed foods as much as possible. Calorie deficit will ideally help, too, but may still not work if diet is highly processed.

Intermittent fasting, high fiber, low omega 6/3 ratio, exceecise especially cardio. People telling you to count calories got no clue how human biology works

High protein, low carb. No carbs in the evening / night. No sweet snacks or sugary drinks. Anyways, water and black coffee / espresso is everything you need. Cold showers to kickstart fatburn and helps generate brown fat synthesis instead of white fat. When training always push to exhaustion, high weights, high reps.

Lost 12 pounds since the start of the year. Things I did: 1. Kept lifting 4-5 times a week 2. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio every other day 3. Made sure to get at least 8000 steps a day 4. Eat a low calorie diet. Staples are: non-fat dairy, low-carb tortillas, meat, veggies, and fruit

Consider intermittent fasting. It seems to be effective for reversing insulin resistance which in our society is a major factor in abdominal (visceral) fat accumulation.

Another vote for Intermittent Fasting but also do your cardio during fast. Then eat and hit the weights.

Try intermittent fasting! I usually skip breakfast and start eating around 1-2pm everyday & loose a ton of body fat that way. Highly recommend this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95OHKowbx30

body weight exercises will burn fat and tone muscle. if you don’t have any diet issues I would skip breakfast which has been shown to boost metabolism. consistency is key

Caloric deficit but be cautious about it. Carbs has functions, too.

Portion control, cut out added sugar. You don’t need to cut out carbs completely. You should keep eating fruit
