Went from swimming ~600yds in 1hr (45m rest lol) 3 months ago to swimming 3500yds in 1hr 20m Unbelievable how far u can go if you just stick with it (I almost quit after day 2!) Higher

Reminder to foam roll and stretch!! My left calf pain i'm sure is due to tightness all over my leg from high load. so bad i've been slightly limping the last week Just had the most excruciating massage that's already helped a ton 😭

For the runners here -- has anyone's appetite for soda dramatically increased with mileage? Relatively new to the sport and I'm easily craving 2/3 cans of coke a day or with every meal lol Used to hate drinking soda!

Low volume week due to travel (I likely needed the rest). Excited to be back in nyc and get after it these last couple of weeks!!! Praying the hip flexor tightness goes away with some rest, has been bothering me all week πŸ™πŸ½
