Yes, but mostly just pull-ups. Doing 5x3 sets trying to improve form and grip… nowhere near being able to do a muscle up tho

Been doing them for a decade - best tip I can give is to do slow and controlled negatives + get to 10 clean chest high pull ups

@xenbh.eth been doing muscle ups for a while now. It requires a baseline of strength (I’d say about 15 clean pull-ups) but it’s mostly a matter of coordination. Don’t kip and swing— it’s stupid— but work on bringing your knees to your chest as you do pull-ups. That momentum will help you get up and over.

I would try making your normal pull-ups as explosive as possible. Then reach one arm up off the bar at the peak of the pull-up. If you feel strong doing that it’s all about technique. Gl!
