What’s your favorite brand of protein powder? Ideally available on Amazon and verified to actually contain protein

uh-oh. I started using Myprotein on your recommendation... are there issues with it not having the right amount of protein?

you’ll be hard pressed to find something as: 1) optimal (pure, clean protein) 2) cost-efficient 3) tasty it’s been a staple of mine for a very long time. they have lots of flavors, but i sway towards milk chocolate for shakes and vanilla for smoothies/oats. https://a.co/d/idHH8hV

one time @sinahab crashed at my place and left his protein powder that the austin health illuminati swear by — only issue is that it tastes what i’d imagine it would be like if you bit directly into a cow anyway if you’re interested sina prob has the alfalfa

i've heard Peter Attia back this brand as super legit ingredients wise, but haven't tried it myself: https://www.amazon.com/Whey-Protein-Powder-Vanilla/dp/B01LORQN4Y can't go wrong with the OG optimum with milk though: https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Standard-Chocolate-Packaging/dp/B002DYIZHG

As a former avid user, I'd focus on getting it from eggs, chicken, and red meat. Not processed > processed.

By far my favorite is Boba Tea Protein (https://bobateaprotein.ca). Quality & macros are stellar, but the main thing is that its actually bubble tea. I skip the tapioca though If you had to try one, the matcha is my fav; it’s actually matcha. I can easily drink 1-2 a day just for the taste. Second fav is the classic

I usually got for either Optimum Nutrition from Costco (looks like it’s on Amazon too) or Truvani for non-whey Both mix decently well in smoothies or on their own for some quick protein
