you guys don’t actually think a blue bottle coffee or latte is worth $6+, right? like thats insane also oat milk by default was at one point revolutionary but the novelty has definitely worn off why is it $6

Starbucks has been increasing too. Partly inflation, partly CA min wage laws Blue Bottle is prob prone to exact forces as Starbucks, and I wouldn’t even be surprised if they peg their price to it as a kind of “Premium Starbucks” option

someone should open a boring coffee shop where everything is <$3, IMO it would crush almost paid $8 for an iced coffee at blue bottle the other day and after seeing the price I was like never again lol

I love coffee but this is why I usually just drink it at home. I've had a Blue Bottle whole espresso bean subscription for years. With a $20 bag I have at least a week's worth of double shot espresso for lattes and such.
