I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

Combining CrossFit with long-distance running will definitely give you a great balance of strength and endurance. Some people have recommended yoga as well! In fact, yoga is actually great for men, even more so than for women. Good luck with your new routine!🥰

Best scenario for me too. I also started practicing at least to times per week strength training after which goes HIIT or cardio. Cardio after strength helps to burn calories faster.
