I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

Good tip!👌👌 Magnesium and creatine will fulfill that need too. Some watermelon and beetroot will help prevent muscle soreness, especially if it has been a long time since you worked out.
