I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

Mix some hot yoga in :) With a regimen this intense, I firmly believe yoga will help with recovery and injury prevention
