I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

yeah you should get on the treadmill also do you have what to do for cardio? i can put you on on some exercises
