I commit to starting a new workout routine tomorrow. I'll focus on CrossFit as my primary form of exercise, supplemented with long runs. I'm excited. I've done CrossFit in the past and my body responds really well to the mix of strength and cardio.

Best scenario for me too. I also started practicing at least to times per week strength training after which goes HIIT or cardio. Cardio after strength helps to burn calories faster.
