A. Always have a 15 min buffer B. If you don’t, it’s perfectly reasonable to tell the prior meeting you need to need to end Never. Ever. Be. Late. It’s rude.

I don’t open my calendar to it, so it’s rare without a break. But when it has to happen, I usually let both sides know ahead of time that I may have to leave early/be a couple of minutes late.

Announce in first meeting I have a hard stop at second meeting start time… and if it drags on and I believe I really need to be there, then note running late notice, assuming it will only be a few minutes.
