I don't want to shame other contenders, because it's not their fault who voted for them, but it makes no sense there's people who just created a *channel* on Warpcast winning 0.1 ETH while @beachmfer.eth is sitting here on 0.003 after everything he's built on base - particularly stuff in the early days, which was high risk?!

Reason why I am a huge supporter of metrics-based retro funding like the latest round of Optimism grant.

What’re your crypto predictions for 2025?

I’ll go first:

- DeFi becomes chain abstracted
- Stablecoins for currencies other than USD become popular
- SocialFi either blows up or dies
- Crypto x AI faces the same outcome as NFTs with very few projects surviving and most dying
- At least one optimistic rollup transitions to being fully ZK 
- Permissionless fraud proofs become common across L2s

People will stop comparing Farcaster to X. 

It will be its own narrative, similar to Telegram.

Having an option to check out who is buying old accs would be a good tool to find guys with malicious intentions at start.

Im using far.quest more and more recently to check if dude who is launching tokens is a real person or someone who bought his acc and just pretending to be that person

It was brought to my attention that some people are purchasing older Facaster accounts (FIDs) to launch clanker tokens

you can use fid.market to verify the transfer history of a FID, if it is recently bought/sold, etc
