Today I learned that I have a type 2 accessory navicular bone, it is an extra bone in the foot that's larger and triangular or heart-shaped, and connects to the navicular bone by a cartilage bridge. Looking into PRP before we talk about removing the bone with surgery.

I’ve taken the past three weeks off to help speed up my foot recovery. I haven’t completely stopped being active, I switched to the stationary bike to help maintain my fitness. I’m just about ready to get back on the trails. My doctor’s appointment is on the 18th to double-check that I’m back to 100%
