What is your etiquette for back to back meetings? 1. late to second meeting - no mention 2. late to second meeting - message beforehand "running late" 3. cut first meeting short

Announce in first meeting I have a hard stop at second meeting start time… and if it drags on and I believe I really need to be there, then note running late notice, assuming it will only be a few minutes.
