The hike up to Pittock Mansion is nice, also the Japanese Gardens. You might also enjoy wandering around the Hoyt Arboretum for a while (adjacent to the Japanese Gardens). See a show at the Keller, or the Schnitzer, get dinner at Departure, or Higgins, or maybe there's some other new trendy place. Hard to go wrong ๐Ÿ˜

Go to Powell's Books! and eat a bunch of really good food. Pretty nice walk through Washington Park too with some gardens to checkout. If you have time to get out to the coast (like rockaway/cannon), its beautiful out there.
