The hike up to Pittock Mansion is nice, also the Japanese Gardens. You might also enjoy wandering around the Hoyt Arboretum for a while (adjacent to the Japanese Gardens). See a show at the Keller, or the Schnitzer, get dinner at Departure, or Higgins, or maybe there's some other new trendy place. Hard to go wrong 😁
