This style of spin class, with this exact type of music and instruction, is hard to find. but if you do get lucky with the right studio they are fun af. Spin instructors are like 60% DJ lets be real If you are afraid you can’t do the moves pick a bike in the back. It’s super dark; no one will see you/no one cares

For me, i would never do it. It’s the total opposite from cycling for me. When i cycle i want to be outside in nature and have my own peace. Time to think.

I definitely saw this video make the rounds at some point and watched it like 400 times. It just feels so... badass? like it's somehow closer to secret cyberpunk spy mission movie scene than cycling class, idk.
