In the last cycles, there was some hope. There was the (unrealistic) feeling that I could make it to 1 or 2 millions, just by holding some solid coins. I don't have this feeling in this market. This market is a consistent downer. Crashing your hopes, after it moved up a bit.

i cant believe we are -7% for ETH compared to 1 year ago. I can believe the pain we went through the last 3.5 years and the market is still rubbish. I remember the LUNA crash, how everything ended. Is it ever getting better?

The best thing you might can do is to stake your ETH somewhere save. Delete any wallet tracker from your phone and computer. Don't check it for 4 years and return. Your mental health will thank you.
