Blobs are part of the chain just like calldata is. Today (or rather, this week), default nodes store blobs temporarily, but with EIP 4444 calldata is going to get the same treatment. The endgame has for a long time been: all nodes do real-time validation; p2p networks store history.

There is no big loss of muscle as long as there is physical activity. Even when fasting. Proteins are recycled. Not muscle.

The most complicated thing to increase longevity is to adapt the body to properly consume fats and detoxify it from carbohydrates. It requires discipline, because all societies of the world, for different reasons, are modelled on the consumption of sugar and carbohydrates as the basis of the diet.

It's actually laughable how bad the current state of mobile crypto currently is. The flow of opening an app and being asked to connect a wallet on a different app only for it not to work the majority of the time is wild. We will not see mainstream adoption until this standard meaningfully improves.
