I test all biomarkers once per year, and the "Highly Important" ones once every 3 months.

Alternatively, I wish there were in-home kits / scanners in the toilet etc - that would monitor these on the go. I would get an F for all.

Establish a baseline for these biomarkers for specific age groups of highly healthy / active individuals and then set up a company that will test people to determine how much they have "aged" relative to their peers using these biomarkers. By aiming to modify their life style, clients can aim to "reverse" aging. 23me
