It replaced my desktop monitors. Not quite 8+ hours a day of continuous use, I take it off in between projects / meetings and when I walk around, but close to 6+? Definitely get some fatigue from it by the end of the day, but not at much as I get from working under fluorescents.

If we measure time asleep with it on, easily hit 8 hours. I use it as my cooldown before bed to watch anime or read manga and have slept with the device on a few times now I do wake up at some point before alarm / morning and remove the device
