The biggest muscle I've been training is to be genuinely happy for other people's success. It's so easy to get jealous or to feel like you could do better or a ton of other negative emotions or reactions. At the end of the day people winning helps you win too. Stay positive and it will always come back to you.

Yeah, man! I appreciate you allowing yourself to be vulnerable and inviting us in. You need more Warps to help that muscle grow. Coming your way. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸš€πŸ“€πŸš€πŸ“€πŸ“€

It took me awhile to train this but when you do your life is filled with such genuine joy! You get what you give. Being happy for someone means you’re happy 😊

if im honest with myself, this is one of the hardest for me. there is like this existential grasping to inner criticism that arises from the constant comparison with others. if they succeed, i see my failures. not their success. it is great to read that im not the only one. how do you practically train this muscle?

GaryVee drilled that one into me! Also praying helps me a lot to keep perspective and just have a positive attitude to whatever another person does and trusting that the path I am on is my path and we can celebrate all together as god is caring for all

I think about this, too. What I discovered is that, when I get bitter with others success, it’s because I’m not aligned with myself. When I’m aligned I feel organically happy for others. So I use this thermometer as a tool of self discovery these days.

Totally, this is something I want to get better at generally. Whether it is other people in business, life, family, even parenting. Thanks for the reminder to do better.

Been working on that too. I feel like it just leads to a more pleasant experience in general, both with yourself and when interacting with others. To me, the key is knowing what you want to achieve and working on that with resilience. The rest can only add to you at that point
