Survived my first 200 g protein day! What I ate: Blue berries and Greek yogurt - 16 Almonds - 6 Turkey on whole wheat sandwich- 29 Protein shake (cheating 😅)- 30 Turkey bacon x 5 slices - 30 Almonds - 6 Protein Shake (again 🤣)- 30 Chicken breast- 52 Just 30 more days of this 🙄!

Doing a January cut in preparation for February marathon training. Not counting calories, but protein. Goal is 200 grams of protein per day (800 cals). I need about 2500-3000 cals per day or my weight drops. I think it’ll be pretty difficult to eat that much food prioritizing protein Wish me luck!
