One of the best books I’ve read. Changed my perspective on science in general and, surprisingly for me at the time, on politics

Top 2 books I’ve read in my life. Read it just once and will be re-reading it many times in the future. toKCast episodes related to the book are excellent (last one is ep. 69) https://brettroberthall.podbean.com/

I loved it and it's pretty digestible for the stuff it lays out for the reader.

I absolutely loved this book. I'd first read it ~10 years ago, and back then it didn't do anything for me, but when I read it again a couple of years ago, I absolutely loved it!

I’ve had a friend recommend it but, I don’t know: feels dated? Maybe it is more impactful for folks who haven’t had a background in science and philosophy. Like as a gateway drug? I could be wrong. I have it on my desk but it feels belaboured and ponderous. I could be wrong.

Yes though depends what your motivation is? I’m always trying to make sense of the world and universe. Understand the bigger picture. Took me a year to go through it progressing slowly making sure I understood each line. Will be re-reading it
