@vitalik.eth has some serious teleportation powers to be at so many side events today (must have been acquired from wearing all those unicorn t-shirts)

We’re taking decisions all the time (and barely notice), so when we’re thinking about one it’s an indicator that there’s fear

Crypto Confidential by Nat Eliason is a fun read/listen! It brilliantly captures the 2020/21 crypto mania; a roller coaster ride from DeFi summer to NFTs, tax filing headaches, and the hard reality of portfolio liquidity.

“Living Water” blew my mind. Nature is technological and cool beyond imagination. The book explains the role of energy (negative/positive charges) in nature and how other natural processes work. It explains how “modern” industrialized practices are life-threatening and how there’s lots of wisdom in traditional practices that we should be leveraging rather than dismissing. Knowledge that would allow us to build technological innovations that are in harmony with nature and that nurture, rather than deplete, it. For example, harnessing water’s energy to build UFO-type aircraft. Makes me wonder if anyone is researching such topics today. Also, according to this book, the water we’re drinking is terrible (because of how it’s extracted, treated, etc) and yet there are simple solutions that would allow us to transform it back into healthy living water (no wonder our society is so sick).
