Yes though depends what your motivation is?

I’m always trying to make sense of the world and universe. Understand the bigger picture. Took me a year to go through it progressing  slowly making sure I understood each line. Will be re-reading it

There can be many reasons. It’s a theory of knowledge or theory of everything scientifically rigorous book so one would need to be interested in these topics. Some find it too complicated, boring, and hard to read.
